More About Me

BIO

It’s easy to promise great service—but real value comes from experience, adaptability, and understanding the market from every angle.

I began my real estate career in 2006 in Watertown, NY, where I worked closely with Fort Drum service members and gained extensive knowledge of VA and FHA financing. During the 2009 market downturn, I became a short sale and foreclosure specialist, guiding both homeowners and investors through complex transactions and helping many build successful investment portfolios.

My experience extends beyond sales. Working alongside real estate appraisers sharpened my ability to accurately evaluate properties and anticipate appraisal outcomes—an advantage for both buyers and sellers.

From 2011 to 2018, I sold real estate in Ottawa, Canada, expanding my expertise across a wide range of property types including high-rises, townhomes, and condominiums.

In 2015, my spouse and I took on the full renovation of an abandoned 1903 farmhouse. That hands-on experience deepened my appreciation for rural properties, construction, and the potential within every home.

I later broadened my knowledge in financial, estate, and tax planning through my family business, allowing me to better support retirees, executors, and clients navigating major life transitions.

Since relocating to Horseheads, NY in 2022, I’ve been proud to serve this community and help clients confidently navigate their real estate journeys.

Beyond buying and selling, I provide full-service support—from staging and repairs to coordinating movers, cleaners, estate sales, and trusted local professionals including attorneys and lenders. I also offer access to an on-call handyman (Corey of Horseheads Handyman Services), making it easier to tackle repairs, prep work, or last-minute fixes without added stress.

Helping you isn’t just part of the job—it’s the standard I work by.
